Increasing Membership through Name Recognition
Challenge: The economic downfall not only affected the job market, but also had a negative impact on association memberships and renewals. Moreover, our client’s outdated membership database limited the opportunities for new member recruitment.
Solution: RRR evaluated the association’s existing marketing tools and the membership database. After identifying the challenges, the objective was to create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase the membership rate through name recognition. Thorough research facilitated expansion of the database and social media was used to publicize the association’s activities, which promoted name recognition. As part of the campaign, RRR also revised and upgraded the client’s banners and other on-site promotional materials in order to attract prospective members.
Result: The association’s marketing expenses were kept to a minimum by optimizing the use of social networks to promote its brand, which in turn, boosted membership rate.
