Leandeline is the team leader for the Hon. William C. Conner Inn of Court. She focuses on communication, coordinates programs and maintains membership records. She also supports services to other association clients working collaboratively with the team to assure data accuracy, membership retention and marketing projects.
Before joining RRR, Leandeline was an administrative assistant and quality assurance coordinator at The Youth Success Network, where she researched policies related to mental health, educated families about services available in their communities, and performed a full range of clerical duties. Additionally, Leandeline has completed internships and community service in the criminal justice and law fields.
Leandeline graduated with honors from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with bachelors in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. During her years at Rutgers, Leandeline joined the Rutgers Scarlet Honor Council and completed a study abroad program at Sichuan University in Chengdu, China.
