Meeting and Event Planning

RRR's experience in handling meetings and events is vigorous and versatile from small, elite programs to large, global gatherings with 7,000+ attendees. We provide A to Z coordination for meetings and conferences, from developing content and program schedules, preparing budgets, conducting site selections, planning social events and outings, negotiating contracts, to managing the execution of the program and all the event logistics.
For Board and committee meetings, RRR will support leadership objectives, including preparation and distribution of agendas, supporting materials and managing telephonic, online or in person meetings. We also assist in the preparation for annual meetings of members with appreciation for the formalities defined by corporate laws and by-laws and have extensive experience with developing programs for actual or virtual meetings that adhere to CLE or CEU requirements.
