Feikje van Rein

Feikje van Rein (pronounced “fei-kia van rine”) is the President of RRR Associations, LLC, and serves as an outsourced Executive Director for our clients. Before RRR Associations, Feikje worked at the International Trademark Association (INTA) for 10 years as Manager of Meetings and Conventions, and then, Director of Operations. As the Director, she was a member of the strategic planning team and accountable for the strategic operating plans; managed IT, customer services and meetings departments; and directed the development of the association’s distance learning website. After leaving INTA to live in Europe, Feikje worked as an independent meetings consultant to corporate, legal, and medical enterprises. Feikje has extensive experience organizing events in the U.S. and internationally, having managed projects for as few as ten and as many as 7,000 people in the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia. She also consults firms and corporations on effective ways to implement their marketing objectives through the presentation of educational programs and roundtables (live and online), conference attendance, hospitality and entertainment activities, sponsorships, exhibits, and advertising.


Josephine Park

Josephine Park holds responsibility in programming and webinar organization, in addition to providing communication and marketing support for local and international legal associations. Before joining RRR associations, Josephine had interned for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a procurement and volunteer intern, where she acted as a liaison between CFF and volunteers. She reached out to other companies and organizations to obtain auction and in-kind donations for fundraising events. Additionally, she was a marketing intern for Bacchus Wines and researched new products and consumer markets to help expand the company in China.

Josephine earned her Master of Business Administration at Hofstra University for Health Services Management. She was also involved in a dual degree program for her undergraduate program, which allowed her to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.


Jack Caroddo
Communications Coordinator

Jack Caroddo services clients within marketing and communications, in addition to organizing and facilitating webinars and programs to administer continuing legal education (CLE) credits for practicing participants. Many of Jack’s day-to-day responsibilities include event planning, website operation and design, data accuracy, and membership retention. Prior to joining RRR Associations, Jack was a sales and accounts payable associate with The New York Racing Association. Previously, Jack has volunteered at numerous events including the 2022 Masters Tournament and Super Bowl LV.

Jack graduated from the University of South Carolina. At the University of South Carolina, Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management. Jack participated in Carolina Model United Nations and worked at Colonial Life Arena, the university’s premier multi-purpose arena.


Penelope Torres

Penelope Torres works with clients through communications support and event planning for legal associations . On a day-to-day basis, Penelope engages in fostering communication between clients, website design, and event planning. Prior to joining RRR Associations, Penelope interned at Avant Collective, where she supported both internal and external communications across an array of clients. Additionally, she aided in event planning, trend reporting, pitch writing and managing weekly action plans to ensure timely client deliverables.

Penelope earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Syracuse University. Penelope also participated in Hill Communications, an entirely student run PR agency on campus.


Amy Nickerson

Amy Nickerson supports clients with membership, marketing, educational meetings, sponsorship, and special events. Prior to RRR Associations, Amy worked as Director of Operations for the Copyright Society of the USA (CSUSA) for 10 years, managing the day-to-day administration of the 501(c)3. Before CSUSA, she worked as a Senior Meeting/Exhibit Planner for six years at the International Trademark Association (INTA).

Amy graduated from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh with a Bachelors degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management with a minor in Business. She completed a certification from New York University for Meetings and Convention Management.


Tove Graulund
Consultant

Tove Graulund operates from Copenhagen and provides custom strategic management consulting and marketing business development services related to the European market. Her experience and knowledge of the IP legal community in Europe provides clients with access to broad, deep and up to date marketplace information.

Tove has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property practice and management. She was the Head of Corporate IP at Arla Foods, and was a Partner and the Director of Cross-Country Development for the Trademark Division at Zacco. From 2001-2006, Tove was Chairman of the European trademark owners’ association, MARQUES, where she led the development of its mission and growth initiatives. In 2009, she became MARQUES’s representative to the Office of Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM). Tove’s contributions to the IP community were recognized by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) from 2003-2006, and she received MIP’s outstanding Achievement Award in 2006. In 2011, she began working as an external consultant to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), while promoting the Madrid Protocol and gathering feedback from users in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom.
